| When can I purchase a 2021 planner? |
2021 Calendar Year Planners will be released for preorder on August 25 at 10am EST. |
| Why do you preorder? |
We preorder to ensure we get as accurate a production count as possible on limited-edition product. Dated planners are among our top-sellers and also one of the more costly products we produce. Offering preorder allows us to get a better estimate of quantities, before production begins. |
| When will my planner preorder ship? |
Year Task Planners, 6-Month Planners and Monthly Planners are shipping late September. Daily Planners are shipping mid-October. |
| What if I order other products, in addition to a planner? |
If you order a planner before shipping begins and order additional products in the same order, your entire order will likely ship together in September or October, depending on the planner format you purchase. |
| Can I use my rewards points on my new planner? |
Yes—rewards points can be redeemed through the rewards portal and can be spent on 2021 planners. |
| What 2021 Planners are releasing? |
The 2021 Planner Collection will include: 2021 Year Task Planner, 6-Month Task Planner (Jan - July and July - Dec 2021), 2021 Daily Planner, and a brand new 2021 Monthly Planner. |
| How long will planners be available? |
Planners will be available online until we sell out, and through select retailers. See our stockists page to search for your local retailer. |
| Are there new planner formats this year? |
Yes! Our 2021 Monthly Planner is an all-new dated format similar to our popular undated Monthly Planner. The Daily Planner is also now available for the 12-month calendar year. For the first time ever, the 6-Month Task Planner is available for purchase as a set. |
