|How can I check my order status?
||When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information and then an email notifying you when your order has been delivered.
|Do you offer discount for bulk orders?
||An order of 10 or more of one product type, including monogrammed products can receive a 20% discount. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order.
|I just placed an order to gift to someone else. Does the price show on the packing slip?
||To ensure the privacy of our customers, our packing slips do not include prices of our products.
|Can I change my order after its been processed?
||We can only cancel your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please email email@example.com to coordinate an order cancellation.
|Can I purchase products at Appointed headquarters?
||We have temporarily closed our HQ for shopping, but you can now select local pickup at checkout to pickup your order at our studio. Local pickup is available Wednesday and Fridays, 1-4pm only. Our office is located in Northeast D.C. in Ivy City off of New York Avenue (5 minutes from Union Market).
|I want to order a product that is out of stock. Will you restock?
