FAQ's - Orders

How can I check my order status? When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information and then an email notifying you when your order has been delivered.
Do you offer discount for bulk orders? An order of 10 or more of one product type, including monogrammed products can receive a 20% discount. Please email hello@appntd.com to place an order.
I just placed an order to gift to someone else. Does the price show on the packing slip? To ensure the privacy of our customers, our packing slips do not include prices of our products.
Can I change my order after its been processed? We can only cancel your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please email hello@appntd.com to coordinate an order cancellation.
Can I purchase products at Appointed headquarters? We have temporarily closed our HQ to customers and are no longer offering local pick-up. We will update here when our hours are back to normal. Our storefront at our headquarters is typically open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm. Our office is located in Northeast D.C. in Ivy City off of New York Avenue (5 minutes from Union Market).
