FAQ's - Orders

How can I check my order status? When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information and then an email notifying you when your order has been delivered.
Do you offer discount for bulk orders? An order of 10 or more of one product type, including monogrammed products can receive a 20% discount. Please email hello@appntd.com to place an order.
I just placed an order to gift to someone else. Does the price show on the packing slip? To ensure the privacy of our customers, our packing slips do not include prices of our products.
Can I change my order after its been processed? We can only cancel your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please email hello@appntd.com to coordinate an order cancellation.
Can I purchase products at Appointed headquarters? We have temporarily closed our HQ for shopping, but you can now select local pickup at checkout to pickup your order at our studio. Local pickup is available Wednesday and Fridays, 1-4pm only. Our office is located in Northeast D.C. in Ivy City off of New York Avenue (5 minutes from Union Market).
I want to order a product that is out of stock. Will you restock? Please sign up for a restock notification on the product page, and we will email you right away when we restock!
