FAQ's - Production Information

Where are your products made?  All of our products are product American-made. 
Most of our products are printed locally and finished, packaged and shipped from our Washington, D.C. warehouse. We pride ourselves in sourcing our materials from American companies and small businesses who support our commitment to beautiful and high-quality products.

Why is the ruling only on one side of your paper? Our notebooks are purposefully designed with printing on 1-side so that users have the flexibility for using the backside as they need – for free-form lists, sketching, etc.
Can I monogram more than 3 letters?
Currently, we only offer up to 3 capital letters for monogram in two fonts, Serif and Sans Serif. Numbers and symbols are not available for monogram.
What products can be monogrammed? All products that are available for monogram will have an "add monogram" option above the Add to Cart button on the product page. In general, these products include our wired notebooks and workbooks, hardbound books and dated planners.
Do you sell gift cards? Yes, you can find our gift cards here. Printed gift cards ship out within 1 business day from our headquarters in Washington, D.C. and digital gift cards are automatically emailed to the purchaser. 
Do you provide a proof for Custom Correspondence? Yes! Once you’ve submitted your order and paid, we will send you a PDF proof for your review in 1-business day. Please respond to this email and approve the proof to begin production. Otherwise, your order will be scheduled to go into production 2-business days after proof has been sent. Should you have any style changes, please respond accordingly and please note that this will delay production.
What is your turnaround for Custom Correspondence? Turnaround is generally 7–10 business days upon proof approval.
Can I change my Custom Correspondence order after it's been processed? Once the order is paid and proof has been approved, you cannot make changes to your order. If you would like to update the quantity, please email hello@appntd.com. However, once an order has gone into production, we cannot accept any changes to your order. Custom Correspondence is final sale.
If I order other products from your website in addition to my Custom Correspondence, will everything ship together?

All products will ship together, unless otherwise requested.
