FAQ's - Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship? Our web shop is open—we appreciate your support and patience as orders may be delayed. ❤️
  • Non-monogram orders typically ship in 1-2 business days
  • Monogram orders typically ship in 2-3 business days
  • Custom orders typically ship in 3-4 weeks
What are your shipping rates?  We offer $5 flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders $75+, for U.S. orders. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout to view specific rates.
What shipping carriers do you use? We use UPS, UPS SurePost, UPS Worldwide, USPS International and DHL. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout to view approximate transit times. Please note that all shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
What's the difference between UPS Ground and UPS SurePost? We're pleased to introduce UPS SurePost as a more affordable option to UPS Ground. Please allow additional delivery time, as your order may be passed to USPS for final delivery.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses?  Yes! If you're shipping to a PO Box or APO address, please select UPS SurePost.
Do you offer local pick-up? We typically do, but have suspended this service due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. We will update our website when we reopen, and hope to see you then!
My tracking has not updated, and my order is delayed. Can you help? Our (small!) team is only able to view the same tracking details as you. We recommend getting in touch with your selected carrier directly, for any further updates. Please note: all carriers are currently experiencing delays.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my order. Can you help?  Carriers sometimes prematurely mark packages as delivered, so please allow at least 48 hours after your package was marked delivered before reaching out. Appointed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we ask that you file a claim directly with your selected carrier. Once you have your claim number, email our team at hello@appntd.com.
Can I expedite my order? Please select UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air shipping at checkout. If you order Monday - Friday before 1pm EST, your order will most likely ship the same day. Please note: we do not ship on holidays or weekends, and UPS Ground is not considered expedited.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We use USPS International, UPS Worldwide and DHL. Please note: all carriers are currently experience delays, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We understand international shipping is expensive, and recommend looking for an international stockist near you!
Are there customs/duties? All international orders are shipped DDU (delivery duties unpaid). When you place an international order, you agree to pay any associated fees, and Appointed is not responsible for any additional charges. We are unable to calculate charges prior to your order, and recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded if you refuse these charges.
Do you accept international returns?  We accept international returns within 14 days of purchase, for unused and unopened product. We do not cover the cost of international returns. Please ship your return to the following address and email our team at hello@appntd.com with a valid tracking number. Once received, your return will be processed in 5 business days. Original cost of shipping is not refunded, and Appointed is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. No refund will be issued if we do not receive your return.

Do you accept returns on custom or monogrammed product? We do not accept returns on custom or monogrammed product, and all sales are final.
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. Can you help? If your order has not shipped yet, we are happy to update your shipping address for you! Please email our team at hello@appntd.com with your order number and new shipping address.
I entered the wrong billing address at checkout. Can you help?  We cannot edit billing addresses after an order is placed. If you entered the wrong billing address at checkout but your order was processed successfully, it will not affect your order's shipment. Please email us at hello@appntd.com if you prefer to cancel and reorder. 
want to order a product that is currently out of stock. When will you restock? Please simply sign up for a restock notification on the product page, and we'll email you right away when we restock! If you order backordered product, your entire order will ship once the backordered item is back in stock.
