|How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our web shop is open—we appreciate your support and patience as orders may be delayed. Orders are mostly shipping within 3 business days. ❤️ If you purchased a backordered item, your entire order will ship at the time the backordered item is available.
|I'm in the D.C. area, can I pick up my online order locally?
||To take precautionary measures, we’re suspending local pickups and temporarily closing the shop in our headquarters. We are otherwise operating business and we appreciate your order. We will update you here when local pickup is available again.
|I didn't receive my package but tracking says its been delivered.
||We are not responsible for packages that have been misdelivered by the carrier or stolen. Please follow-up with the carrier to report the package as missing. Let us know the status of the shipment once you have reported the package along with your claim number, and then we will be able to file a claim.
|Can I expedite my order?
||Please select expedited shipping at checkout and we'll ship out your order as soon as possible. Please contact us at email@example.com for any questions about shipping times.
|Do you ship internationally?
||Yes, we ship internationally and we are working to lower our international shipping rates. Appointed is not responsible for any international customs regulations or duties that may apply. Please also see our list of international retailers to purchase products within your location.
|What is your return policy?
||We accept the return of unused and unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a return. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, after the package is received at our studio. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Custom/monogrammed products and markdowns are not eligible for refunds and are final sale.
|How can I update the shipping address for my order?
||If you created an account at check out, you can sign back in to edit your shipping address. Otherwise, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and one of our team members will update it for you.
|When will I know when an out of stock product is back in stock?
||Please sign up for our newsletter to receive more information on new releases and notifications for products that are back in stock.
