To sustain a successful partnership we kindly ask all wholesalers to review and abide by our wholesale terms.

Minimum Order Requirements

Our minimum order is $200. Quantity minimums must be 6 per product but can vary in colorway and/or ruling.


Ordering & Payment

Orders can be made through our new wholesale ordering website, appntdws.comor emailed to wholesale@appntd.com. All orders are charged upon checkout unless other terms have been arranged. Payments can be made by PayPal, credit card, check or bank/wire transfer. Orders not paid within 2 weeks will be subject to order cancellation.


Wholesale Website

Inventory & Backorders

We are constantly updating our inventory and product line. As such, style, colorways and sizes are subject to availability. If a product is not in stock, you will be notified and it will automatically be backordered. Once the product is back in stock, it will be shipped out immediately unless instructed differently. Please note that Appointed will cover the shipping cost of backordered items.



Orders are usually shipped within 5-8 business days after the order is processed. Flat rate shipping costs will be added upon checkout. Domestic orders ship via UPS and international orders ship via UPS or DHL. Appointed is not responsible for any international customs regulations or duties that may apply. Please let us know if you’d like to request special shipping or if you’d like to use your shipping account number.



Cancellations & Returns

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns are accepted on unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within a week of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Damaged products from shipping and/or incorrectly shipped products must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Please contact wholesale@appntd.com to report, including images of the damaged products.


Display & Packaging

Our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.



Online Stores

Appointed currently only allows a select number of US-based online retailers. If you are interested in selling online, please send a link of your store’s website to wholesale@appntd.com. For approved online stores, the following terms must be carefully reviewed and agreed upon: 

1. Customer agrees to sell the goods at MSRP, and sold in original packaging.

2. Items should not be marked down further than 15% of the MSRP.

3. Appointed recommends using product and lifestyle photography from our partner assets: www.appntd.com/partnerassets. To use other photography, the customer should notify the wholesale team for approval. Should you require any photography with different specifications, please notify the wholesale team and we will try to accommodate your requests. 



Appointed carefully reviews the location of all retailers to protect territories. Appointed has the right to determine exclusivity based on your zip code and other criteria. To maintain territory exclusivity, retailers must remain active and order four times a year.
